Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny Feb. 3 50, 1950) is an acclaimed American actor. The actress gained fame from late 1970s until the mid-80s, when she was featured in numerous television shows that typically featured a glamourous look. Fairchild started her acting career in 1973-77 on CBS' Search for Tomorrow daytime soap as Jennifer Pace. She made her debut in the soap opera of the same name Dallas in the role of being the very first actor in history to play Jenna Wade before taking a lead role in the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). Fairchild was on ABC's short primetime soap Paper Dolls as well as on the NBC soap opera Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild is also an actor in theatre and appeared as a guest in television comedies including Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actor in an Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends.
